Observation: During time of inspection, some accumulation of droppings were located in corner cupboard of cake decorating area.
No food contact surfaces affected.

Corrective Action(s): - Clean out all drawers and throw away anything no longer used in facility.
- Clean and sanitize all of area
- Any affected items must be discarded

Observation: During time of inspection, the following was observed, slight accumulation of food spillage and debris located:
1. Behind convection oven
2. On floor, behind racks in walk-in cooler
3. Underneath equipment and in hard to reach areas such as corners
4. On icing pails/ buckets
5. On common touch areas
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that the above noted and all of facility is thoroughly cleaned and all debris removed
- Continue to maintain on frequent basis

- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Temperature/ time tracking log available for Veggie Patties
All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Display coolers holding variety of cakes at 4-6C
* Walk in cooler at 0C
* Display freezer at -8C (monitor)
- Sink plugs available for manual warewashing
- Food grade chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle, concentration at 200 ppm
- Pest control program in place
