(6) Cheque #0502 of $250 received for operating health permit fee for next fiscal year


General Covid-19 comments:
--> Hand sanitizers available at both entrances
--> Plexiglasses are used to act as physical barriers at bar and between booths.
--> One way traffic observed in facility
--> Floor markings present in facility
--> Occupancy limit and mandatory mask sign posted at entrance
--> A copy of Covid-19 Safety Plan is available on-site.
Corrections:
(1) Quats sanitizer is planned to be used for high touch surfaces. Please refer to Government of Canada's Hard Surface disinfectants for an approved list of chemicals to be able to use.
(2) Ensure backing of chairs is 2m apart in dining area
(3) Hand sanitizer is recommended around entrance/exit of washrooms.
(4) Visitor check sign should be posted at entrance. A copy will be provided to operator via email.
