Comments

Premises had a fire incident in the men's washroom on March 30, 2018 and has been closed since then. Roof has been cleaned and ceiling tiles has been replaced including kitchen and dining area. Staff room was unaffected as the room is concrete wall. Cleaning of all surfaces has been completed by professional company; open food products and take out containers/utensils were discarded. Record reviewed onsite. Handwashing stations: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Walk-in cooler: 2C Walk-in freezer: -19C Prep coolers in retail area: <4C Hot holding units were not turned on at time of inspection (ensure it can keep food >60C) Dishwasher (high temp): 73.3C at plate, see thermo-label; 186F at gauge Three compartment sinks is operational with drain plugs available for manual warewashing Quats sanitizer at dispenser is at 200ppm, test strips available *Please fill all buckets with Quats sanitizer before service commences No apparent signs of pest and general sanitation is good Women's room and family room available for public use; men's room is still under renovation. *Please post sign up to prevent public access to men's room. ***Health Approval granted to reopen for the public.
