- Minor build up of grease and food debris noted under the equipment in the cafe area, recommend a deep cleaning in the near future.
- Time stamp system in use however it was not clear when the food time is up. Only small portions are used and high turn over of food observed. Staff were able to get usual time stamp system back up and running during inspection.
General observations:

√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottles
√ Low temperature dishwasher at or just above 50ppm
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Test strips present for monitoring dishwasher/sanitizer levels
√ Equipment in use appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ Thermometers present
√ Temperature logs maintained
√ Staff with FoodSafe (or equivalent) present.
