Observation: Current test strips for the glasswasher are difficult for the staff to see a color change
Corrective Action(s): Replace with the original test kit that was used in Sept 2022. Those strips change from yellow to green which is easier to see to confirm the concentrayion of iodine is correct.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher final rinse tested at approx 20ppm chlorine. Hoses going into the chlorine container and rince aid container were switched. Once hoses were switched back and the dishwasher primed, a final rinse concentration of approx 70ppm chlorine was detected.
Correction: Rewash all utensils.
Affix a label to all 3 hoses(Detergent, Rinse aid, Sanitizer) so prevent this from happening again.
Record and document daily in your monitoring log to show you are doing your due diligence.
