Facility still not in use. No change in terms of the kitchen layout other than the following. Relocation of the oven/stove, size of the stove, addition of the oven, replacement of work tables. - Handwash staions, coolers/freezers, dishwasher remain at the same location. Ensure to submit the following to the health inspector: - new Menu - updated Food Safety Plan (for the main 4-5 items) - A copy of Foodsafe level 1 for chef Please contact the health inspector once ready to operate.
