New fridge has been put in place, equipped with a thermometer. Temperature measured 6-7C at the time of inspection. Ensure to monitor the temperature at the beginning of ech shift and keep a temperature log. The dishwasher is still unable to produce at least 50ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface. Correction order was issued. Failure to follow corrective action by June 20, 2019 will result in issuance of a violation ticket.
