-Follow-up inspection to October 4, 2019. -Staff member successfully completed FoodSafe Level 1 on October 6, 2019 (expire October 6, 2024). Staff member has a temporary FoodSafe Level 1 certificate. While in operation, facility must have at least one employee with a valid FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent certificate. Failure to have at least one employee with FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent while in operation may result in the future issuance of violation tickets. -Quats sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 200ppm. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
