The walk in cooler door is being shut and locked throughout the day to try to keep cold air in. If not locked, the door does not shut properly. Corrective Action(s): Food temperature is still slightly above 4 C (4.9C measured) and the door still does not shut properly. Ensure that all food will be maintained at 4 C or colder and that the door is easy to shut and remains shut. Violation Score: 3
