Container with clean utensils (a wooden ladle & steel spatulas) and dish items on a low shelf are covered by food debris/dry&old rice/ because the rice -cooker from which rice is served - is on a top shelf;
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Meat must be off the floor; Please, store food safely;
