Observation: Rat droppings found in the staff room upstairs in the corner of the room and behind corners. Droppings were also found in an unused container in the food storage room.
Corrective Action(s): A pest control company is coming on site regularly. Install more rat traps throughout the building.

Observation: a) All food items must be in sealed, pest proof containers. Purchase and use pest proof containers for all foods in storage.
b) Seal the entry point underneath the dishwasher and the one in the staff room .

Observation: Cleaning needed to remove food debris and grease buildup in the dish pit area and in the food storage room. All droppings mentioned in violation 304 must be cleaned as well.

-Leak noted in one of the two door coolers in the back, discussed during the inspection.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 100 ppm chlorine.
