Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Multiple containers of food observed to not be covered at start of inspection.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator placed lids on all containers when brought up. Operater stated they will review procedures with staff to ensure products are covered in the future.

2. Ice scoop stored on top of ice machine
**Corrected during inspection** Operator removed scoop to dishwasher when identified. Stated only clean scoops are used for ice.

3. Table-mounted can opener observed to have build up of food debris on blade
**Corrected during inspection** Operator removed can opener and instructed staff to clean equipment when identified. Recommended to develop and maintain cleaning checklist to ensure all parts of the kitchen is cleaned regularly.

Observation: 1. Cutting boards on prep tables heavily scored and discoloured. Can potentially contaminate food as board is no longer easily cleanable.

2. Light fixture above cooking line and prep tables observed to be missing the light shield. Can potentially contaminate food if light tubes break.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator has purchased cutting board replacements. Please use new cutting boards.
