Routine inspection:

Cans of sauces stored on pallet below the chopping. Area underneath the chopping block thoroughly cleaned.
Soiled damaged plywood board placed on top of the garbage can discarded.
All aspects of the exhaust canopy cleaned.
Underneath shelves and behind/underneath the cooking line also cleaned.
No damaged plastic tubs for food storage observed onsite. Reminder to regularly inspect the condition of your equipment.

Reminder to always keep the designated hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use.
Clean underneath and behind equipment on a frequent basis.
