Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface - good Utensil basket and tools in said basket under the grill was maintained in a sanitary condition. Area under the grill has been cleaned as well - good Leak underneath the high temperature dishwasher as well as the central handsink has been repaired. Particle board counter has been replaced with a stone countertop - good No room temperature holding of potentially hazardous foods noted at the time of inspection. FOH staff were able to demonstrate proper time control measures - good Operator must provide 2 most recent pest control service reports to area inspector via email. due Dec 14
