Front and back handsinks are fully equipped.
Dishwasher rinse is 72 degC at plate level.
Operator has FS level 1 certification
200ppm Bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle
Rice is being held at 73 degC. STORE RICE SPOON IN ICE WATER, NOT JUST PLAIN WATER.
Lighting in the freezer/rice cooking area and back kitchen has been fixed and is adequate now.
