Follow up inspection conducted: Upright cooler is at 3.1 deg C, all foods inside at 4 deg C or less Foods in walk in cooler are covered. As discussed, ensure the walk in cooler gets consistently cleaned along all surfaces. Wooden shelving in walk in cooler will need to get re-finished if black spots or mould appear again. Thank you
