Cooling units less than 4C. *Make sure to keep clam shell lids closed. Sanitizer in sinks at 200 ppm and via auto dispensing at 200 to 400 ppm. Good. *Spray bottle measured less than 200 ppm (approx 100 ppm). Make sure to allow the system to prime prior to filling spray bottles or fill sink for dishwashing then fill bottles. Premises clean and organized at time of inspection.
