General sanitation - good;
Handwashing sinks in kitchen, washrooms and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Coolers <= 4.0 C;
Freezers are measured less than -18 C;
Thermometers for cold units available;
Sanitizer solution available in a bucket (front) and in three compartment sink - measured 100ppm of Chlorine solution.
High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72.4 C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface;
Dry storage is well organized and all food is stored off the floor.
No evidence of pest activity was noted at the time of inspection.
Ice-scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Hot Holding > 60.0 C;
