Comments

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel, liquid soap
- Washrooms are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel, liquid soap

Temperatures:
- Walk-in fridge internal probe temperature 1.2C
~ Internal probed temperature of curry was measured at 3.2C
- Chest freezer was below -18C (probe internal -19.6C)
- Upright freezer was below -18C (probed internal -21C)
~ Products were solid to touch
- Prep-fridge was below 4C (probe internal temperature 2.8C)
- Drink fridge was below 4C (no perishable foods)
- Under counter fridge was below 4C, internal probed temperature of prepped chicken breast was 3.2C
- Hot holding of rice had a probed temperature of 66.3C
- Thermometers were present in all fridges & freezers

General sanitation & maintenance:
- Low temperature dishwasher reached a surface plate temperature of 55.3C & had a chlorine residual of 100ppm
- Ventilation hood is maintained in good order (next service Jan. 2024)
- Ice machine was not operational during inspection, as per operator condenser problem
- Food products were stored 6-inches above the ground during inspection
- Storage of food products is organized
- Bleach spray sanitizer available (measured at 200ppm)
- Bleach sanitizer bucket with clean cloth & no food debris was available during inspection (measured at 200ppm)
- General facility cleanliness & sanitation is adequate
- No signs of pests during inspection
- 2-compartment sink, plugs, bleach were available (not in use during inspection)

Administrative:
- Permit is posted conspicuously with an up-to-date decal
- Temperature logs were maintained & available during inspection
- FoodSafe Level 1, or equivalent was available during inspection
- Pest control records were not available during inspection, as per operator building strata handles pest control.
