Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: 1. Low temeprature dishwasher dispensed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level. 2. Sanitizer spray bottles measured at 0 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
Correction: 1. Service / fix the low temperature dishwasher to ensure 50 - 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is dispensed at the plate level. In the meantime, wash and rinse all plates and utensils in the dishwasher and manually sanitize them at the 3 compartment sink. Correct by: Immediately
2. Discard and refill sanitizer spray bottles with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium from the dispenser. Reclean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. Corrected during inpsection.

Follow-up inspection:
- Low temperature dishwasher had been serviced and able to dispense 50 ppm bleach at the plate level.
- Obtain chlorine test strips and monitor the dishwasher daily.
