Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer in the bar area, only a container of wet wiping towel but no solution.
Corrective Action(s): Operator mixed onsite.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Strainer stored in handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use handsink for anything else besides handwashing. The sink must be accessible at all times. Operator removed strainer.

Observation: Fruit flies still noted in dishpit and drain flies noted in recycling area.
Corrective Action(s): Increase sanitation as per code 306.

Observation: Food debris and spider webs noted under prep table and sink, under oven and fryer, space between cooking equipment, flooring where pasta are found, behind chest freezer, ice machine and bar counters. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Proper cleaning needs to happen daily instead of when restaurant is being inspected only. Correction order issued.
