Observation: Food debris and spider webs noted under prep table and sink, under oven and fryer, space between cooking equipment, flooring where pasta are found, behind chest freezer, ice machine and bar counters. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Proper cleaning needs to happen daily instead of when restaurant is being inspected only. Correction order issued.
