Issues are addressed.
- Rags are stored in a sanitizer bin after use. Staff have been informed and are reminded throughout the day to continue this.

-Pests - glue traps have been placed, premises are checked for droppings through the day and monitored (staff are also informed to check and notify operator) and cleaned if identified, and entry ways have been secured to prevent pest/rodent entry
Sink - the drainage issue has been fixed, sink is in proper working order
All discussed items per report continue to be monitored and addressed
Log sheets as discussed are kept on site to ensure cooler temperature and dishwasher sanitizer levels are properly maintained and monitored.
