Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sink with liquid soap paper towels in use. Food protected from contamination. Take out containers and single use items are sanitary. Coolers at 4C and below with monitor and logs available. - good. One display cooler not in use but food is stored in there. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Equipment in working order. 3 compartment sink in use at 100 ppm chlorine. Staff washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked on sinks. Permit posted in visible location.
