Follow-up inspection for JPAK-CCLPUN -Undercounter cooler by the cooking station is now in good working order. All cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 C or under -Hand washing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel -Deep cleaning performed throughout facility including hard-to-reach areas under and behind cooking equipment and overhead fan hood -Dicer maintained in sanitary conditions -QUAT sanitizer available throughout the kitchen -Most items in cooler are now properly covered; a few items not covered at the time of inspection seemed to be in active use.
