Premises is maintained in a sanitary condition. - Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - High-temperature dishwasher had final rinse temperature of 76.3C at the plate (min: 71C) - Organization of premise is very good: --> All single-use disposables including cups are all in original packaging and stored off the floor - Stand-up freezers at -18C or below - Refrigerators and prep coolers at 4C or below. - Professional pest control company conducts monthly inspections. No rodent activity was observed in pest reports or in current routine inspection. Rodent traps did not contain any rodents. - Temperature logs are routinely updated each day for every cooler or freezer. - Coolers and freezers are equipped with thermometers - Coffee machines and portafilters, vertical water dispensers, and blenders were sanitary at time of inspection - Sanitizing pails at front service area contained 200 ppm quats - 3-compartment sink at back area used to wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry blenders and reusable containers every 2 hours.
