Observation: Wired brushes were still used to clean the panini press grill on the counter by the front serving area. The brushes were deteriorating and wires have the potential to come off of the brush.
Both brushes were discarded at the time of inspection. Wired brushes are not to be used. Find an alternative cooking equipment for the panini grill that does not pose as a physical hazard.
