Observation: Thermometer inside the undercounter cooler appeared to be broken. There is a big discrepancy between the measured temperature and temperature of the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Provide a working thermometer inside the noted cooler.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Front/back handwash sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Three compartment sinks available for manual warewashing.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Observed staff preparing sanitizer at the time of the inspection. Ensure to provide sanitizer at all times to readily sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. No storage locker in the basement.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is done through the mall.
- Operating Permit posted with valid decal.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Rice cooker > 60C.
- Working thermometers inside all other coolers.
- Please keep daily temperature log for all coolers and freezers.
