Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle was observed to contain a small amount of bleach or bleach water that caused the chlorine test strip to completely bleach out. No other bleach water sanitizer was available at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was prepared in the spray bottle and measured at 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is available at all times at the correct concentration for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two spray bottles used for cleaning and sanitizing solutions were observed to be unlabeled.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles labeled at time of inspection. Ensure all chemicals, cleansers, and similar agents are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse.

- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Prep cooler at 4 degrees C (top inserts) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Left (large) chest freezer at -21 degrees C
- Right (small) chest freezer at -24 degrees C
- No hot holding
- Coolers equipped with thermometers
- Food is generally covered and stored off the ground
- Ware washing sinks supplied with sink plugs, hot and cold running water. Detergent and bleach available on site.
- Deli slicer and chopping equipment stored in clean condition. Rotating slicer in use during inspection.
- Hand washing sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Staff member observed to be properly washing hands and drying hands with paper towel
- Hair is adequately restrained (hair nets in use)
- Non-latex gloves on site
- No signs of pest activity observed
