General sanitation - good;
Front hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser at 3-compartment sink and in labeled spray bottle.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory (liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers are available near the three-compartment sink);
Walk-in freezer at -18 C;
Walk-in cooler at 2.9 C;
Under-counter cooler at 2.5 C;
Beverage cooler (containing milk) at 4 C;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Hot holding units were above 60 C;
Food storage practices - good (off the floor, covered, labeled, and organized);
No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection;

Friendly Reminder:
1. Do not leave bags of frozen chicken at room temperature (Note: After it labeled must be promptly returned into the walk in cooler.).
2. Do not use a spray insecticide in the kitchen (Note: The spray container for insects is found in the kitchen. The staff is claimed that is used for outside.).
3. Health Permit must be posted in a conspicuous location as per the Food Premise Regulation, Section 8 (7).
4. Regularly check Quat sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink (Note: A container was empty at the time of inspection.)
