-Ice machine and ice holders appear to be maintained in sanitary condition
-No signs of pest activity noted - pest control provided by Abell. - no concerns noted for interior of premise.
-General sanitation satisfactory

Note:
Back handsink functions however both temp knobs are levers and catch the edges of the sink and prevents complete utilization of the knobs function. Recommend changing the knobs to another style.
