All other coolers at 4 C or less (Note: Coolers: main prep. and beverage are no longer in use. No foods were stored inside at the time of inspection.)
Sandwich toppings in the inserts are time tracked.
Walk in freezer (in back area) at -18 C.

Note: Wall-mounted freezer has excessive accumulation of ice.
