Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. High-touch surfaces disinfected every 30 minutes. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Erect signage at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter and occupancy signage.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink sanitizing at 200 ppm QUATs solution. QUATs test strips available.
All cold-holding units met health requirements. Time tracking system in place for pizza display.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
