- Walk-in cooler organized, raw meats stored in separate section from vegetables and ready to eat foods
- Cooler and freezer doors, handles, and shelving were free of food debris and grease; *please continue cleaning and sanitizing daily
- Floor sanitation in kitchen underneath equipment satisfactory; *Continue cleaning floors in walk-in cooler and ensure to clean areas underneath shelving
- Ice machine interior was maintained in sanitary condition
- Knives in noodle section now kept in container; ensure to clean and sanitize container frequently as well
- Scoops no longer stored within dry ingredients
