Routine inspection conducted, observations made: - Coolers below 4C; freezers below -18C; thermometers present; and temp. recorded daily - Low temp. dishwasher had [cl2] of 100ppm, during the rinse cycle. - Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets was 200ppm - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups to prevent cross contamination; and 6" off the floor, on shelves. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - Staff wash hands frequently; use utensils to handle food; and discard disposable gloves when taken off. - All in order. Hand sinks have liquid soap, paper towel and running + cold water.
