Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BCKUGR:

- All handwashing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels
- All sanitizing pallets at 100ppm chlorine concentration and changed out every two hours. The turnover time is time stamped.
- All hot potentially hazardous food (ie bacon) items are accurately time stamped.
- General sanitation has improved. Condiment stand is in clean condition at the time of the inspection.
- Leaky pipe in the back storage room (near the back door) has been fixed. No pooling of water in the back storage room.
