Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink beside two compartment sink was blocked while staff member was doing food prep (cutting up tomatoes).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash stations remain unblocked at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted a box of frozen beef stored at room temperature (thawed out). Operator returned box to cooler unit at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure thawing is done in cooler unit at 4C or less or under cold running water.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (inserts, undercounter, three door cooler unit...etc).
Freezer -19C
All hot holding higher than 60C (rice, beans, beef...etc).
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Quat sanitizer in sanitizing compartment of ware washing sink and in containers with cloths submerged 200ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns. Drain plugs available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
