Observation: Mouse droppings in upstairs storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Mouse droppings were found on the floor and on some pallets in the upstairs storage area. Clean up all mouse droppings and disinfect all affected areas. If any paper products are found to be damaged/contaminated by mice they shall be discarded. Mouse droppings were not found in the main store area. Premise is serviced by a license pest control company on a monthly basis using traps.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Reviewed temperature logs - no concerns noted.
Food storage practices were good.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Discussed with manager about reminding staff to clean the harder to reach areas such as under equipment and cabinets.
Quats sanitizer (bucket for wiping cloths) were 200ppm.
In-use wiping cloths were stored in the buckets of sanitizer in between uses.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
