Rice in warmer was 60 degrees C or hotter.
Freezer is -18 degrees C or colder.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
General sanitation overall good.
No sign of pests.
Quat sanitizer had a 600 PPM quat residual in spray bottles. It was reduced to 200-400 PPM as per manufacturers requirements. Please verify concentration with test strips when mixing.
