Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers and stand up cooler recorded below 4C.
- Stainless steel freezer at -18C & -21C
- All handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 78.5C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing of large cooking pots.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- Permit available onsite.
- No signs of pest activity observed.

Overall, well maintained.
