- All handsinks at front, back dishwashing area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Milk cooler, display cooler, sandwich and back storage cooler are all maintained at less than 4C
- Storage freezers are less than -18C
- Hot holding units for soups are maintained at greater than 60C
- Temperature logs are adequately maintained
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C at the dishsurface during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution at dispenser unit is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe certification is verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
