*Follow-up to inspection conducted on May 2, 2019 (Report MLOO-BBST3A) - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in bucket. Ensure wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer is prepared fresh every 2 hours. - Obtain test strips for the sanitizer and use them to ensure concentration is correct - FOODSAFE certified staff verified. Ensure at least one FOODSAFE certified staff member is present at all times when in operation.
