CORRECTION ORDER RESCINDED ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - All repairs and cleaning on previous inspection report: Cooler seals held on with duct tape Freezer seals held on with duct tape Freezer hinge broken. Shelves in walk in cooler have rust and duct tape - Paper towel dispensing unit for downstairs men's washroom to be installed These items must be completed by next routine inspection. Cooler and freezer seals are to be repaired/replaced. Do not use duct tape. Repair/repaint shelves in walk in cooler.
