Routine inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers were functional.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Beef patties cooked to above 74C.
- Time tracking sheet available for potentially hazardous food. PHF for 2 hours and non-PHF for 4 hours.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Faucet for the reception area hand washing station was loose. Ensure faucet is tightened up.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in buckets and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71.3 degrees C after two runs (minimal 71C). Verify the temperature and service the dishwasher is sanitizing temperature drops below 71C.
- Food products stored off the ground and covered.
- Food equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
