Follow-up inspection conducted:

-All areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned and now in sanitary condition. Professional cleaning company contracted for monthly cleaning has been changed to biweekly.
-All raw proteins placed away from and below ready to eat foods.
-Chest freezer defrosted and cleaned.
-Ice machine cleaned. Ensure to clean these particular surfaces inside the ice machine on a regular basis.
-New spray bottles obtained for bleach solution. Some spray bottles still missing labels. Ensure to have ALL bleach spray bottles labelled as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
