- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 71 C at plate
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All food was store 6" off the floor, and was protected from contamination.
- Staff have all updated their FOODSAFE certificates.
