General sanitation is acceptable but required attention in some areas (please check the violation section).
Kitchen hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
All coolers temperature (display, walk in, prep) - satisfactory ( < or = to 4 C.);
Chest freezer - satisfactory;
Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Bleach - available.
Dry storage area needs bit to be organized.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Recommendation & friendly reminder:

- Handwashing sink in the staff washroom must be properly stocked all the time (liquid soap and paper towel).
- Bare-wood must be sealed; some shelves badly damaged - cannot be easily cleaned and sanitized.
- Prep. pizza cooler has to be cleaned; & food items must be covered.

Note: The maintenance/renovation is highly recommended.
