Sanitizer in spray bottle at 200 ppm quats - ok. **Ensure (audit) sani-buckets always use time-limited quats solution at 200 ppm and not just water. Temperature controls good Cooling less than 4 C and hot holding above 60 C. Handsinks stocked properly. OK. General Sanitation good at time of inspection.
