Observation: 1. Ant activity observed behind the double door freezer on the left side.
2. Rodent droppings observed on the shelving units in the dry storage area and behind the chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean up the food debris underneath and behind the double door freezer. Clean floors with warm water and soap to remove the chemical trail left by the ants.
2. Remove the droppings. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Do this regularly as it is an ongoing issue. Arrange for pest control services as needed.

- Freezers (double door, chest) at < or = -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher in use. Chlorine sanitizer was dispensed at 50 ppm during the final rinse.
- Glasswasher in use. Chlorine sanitizer was dispensed at 50 ppm during the final rinse.
- Two compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottles
- Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- Orkin provides pest control services monthly. Pest control reports available for review.
