Follow up to inspection report #KLIU-CPQVAP: > Screen door to back entrance has been repaired. > Front handsink has been repaired - faucet handle replaced and running hot and cold water is available. > Cardboard has been removed from underneath the dishwashing area - replaced with a rubber mat. > Sanitizer solution is now available for the front and back of house. Ensure they are 100-200ppm chlorine. **Still observed few places where cardboard is being used as a liner. These must be removed for the same reason as previously mentioned - cardboard is not a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
