* Ensure that all dry food products (corn starch, flour, salt etc) are kept covered in bins that have tight-fitting lids.
* Clean floor behind the deep freezers to remove dust and flour build up. Do not store cardboards in the
dry storage area.

-Sliding door cooler next the back entrance: 5 C. Ensure it maintains 4 C or below.
- Upright coolers below 4 C
- Prep cooler across from the wok registered 3.4 degrees C.
- Deep freezers <-18 degrees C.
- Hot holding of rice registered > 60 degrees C.
- Hand wash sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Dishwasher final rinse: 71 C at plate surface.
- Bleach Sanitizer concentration in the wiping cloths bucket: 200 ppm
